|A Powerful Gaming & Video Editing Rig: Excellent Build Quality, Components, and Price,
Pros:
– The components used are all trustworthy brand names, and the build quality is excellent.
– All the wiring is neat and the interior looks really clean. I’ve added two extra hard drives already, and was happy to find extra SATA power cables in just the right places (i.e. I didn’t have to pull out a bunch of wires and make it messy).
– No bloat/ad/spyware installed. I’m used to the hour-long ‘uninstall all the spyware’ (or re-image the machine) process that’s required for 99% of prebuilt machines, but thankfully Cyberpower didn’t include any of that stuff. Hooray, a company that cares about its customers!
– Windows 10 install media. Yes, an actual DVD! This is super rare, I hope Cyberpower keeps doing this, it’s a huge value-add to some of us.
Cons:
The only downside is that it comes with a 2TB spinning-metal hard drive instead of an SSD, but that’s an understandable part of getting the price down.
Long story short: this is a great buy — first-rate components, great build quality, spyware-free (as much as any Windows 10 machine can be), at a reasonable price.
