Alright first, I can tell quite a few of you have never played a game done by TellTale. The episodes usually last 1-2 hours each. That’s not a disappointment, that’s how TellTale works. Most of you did my read the fine print that the rest of the episodes need to be downloaded from xbox live. All but episode 5 have been released already, with 5 on the way.
Now with lag/glitch issues. Here is the thing, TellTale games require A LOT of memory. Unless you have save high GB xbox (I’m guessing most of you whining parents only have a 4 GB xbox for your kid) the best thing to do is get a 16-20GB USB drive at your local store. Clears up the lag and glitches real fast. Your hard drive on the Xbox doesn’t have the capacity to hold all the power/data/whatever from this game, this the lag. So get a USB drive and save your game data on that. Also, it’s an E10+ rating. Look I at the rating before complaining about the game DARING to use such ‘horrid’ language. E10+ usually means there is adult language involved. I feel a lot of you parents just saw the word Minecraft and thought family friendly without looking further into it. Overall, it’s a fun game. Good story and keeps you engaged. You know, if you know how to work with it.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME FOR XBOX 360! The game glitches along with a severe audio lag in the dialog render this game virtually unplayable.
Several glitches prevent completion of several gameplay scenes. The spoken dialog lags so bad that mouths move for several seconds then all of the dialog audio is played over each other in a jumbled mess. This renders all dialog completely useless. Gameplay forums indicate that this is a known problem with many of the TELLTALE(game manufacture) games. This is sloppy programming at best and a complete consumer fraud at worst. A company that knowingly releases defective product should face the stiffest penalties by law available. |
