Same as last year. Same cut scenes. Same commentary. Same animations. What did they add? Udated the rosters. Changed the menus slightly. Added stupid EA Trax with dumb hip hop/rap songs that no one has ever heard of, while taking away the cool NFL instrumental score. This game should only be for the XBOX 360, since is just a slight upgrade and cut and paste job of last year’s effort. Shame on you, EA. I’m returning this for store credit. Gave it one star, but only because Amazon makes you give it at least one. Otherwise, it doesn’t deserve any. And this is from a guy who has been playing Madden since it debuted on the Sega Genesis back in the ’90’s. I get that EA has a tough job in churning out a new game every year. I respect that. But, wow, this is by far the laziest EA has ever been. Virtually NOTHING has changed from last year. BOOOOO!!!

Should be class action suite for false advertisement. None of the new features on trailer, e.g. unique catching and individual game drive goals, are on Xbox 360. Nowhere, and I mean nowhere, is there a disclaimer that mentions this. Madden is a franchise I have supported over the years but this game is the ultimate deception.

WOW….what a sham!! again while an "okgame"…it’s basically a "port" from Madden ’15.
The Good: Player animations are slightly upgraded. Sack totals for Def players in CFM have improved (when simulating games). The Bad: Changes to scouting are awful!! You can’t get enough points for an overall grade! XP System is re-tooled and it’sTERRIBLE!!! To prep a player with "superstar" ability, you get a measly 50 or points! Also, the end of the season XP totals stink. Odell Beckham Jr. had over 1600 yards and 18 TD’s for me last season and he had 5,000 XP points at the end of the season…UGGGHHH!! The Ugly : EA and the "box makers" trying screwing us non-next gen users and trying to force us into ponying up cash for their new systems! Save your -plus bucks and play ’15. OR Do what "they" want.. and put that $$$ toward a next-gen system and the NEW Madden game… |
