I did not purchase this set as a set from Amazon but my husband owns one of these titles. I love watching him play it and it has really good graphics. I am writing this to let everyone know the simple workaround to Steam and installation from physical disc so here it is!
Using Steam launch options to install retail games from disc Log in to Steam and click on Library. "C:Program FilesSteamSteam.exe" -install E: Replace E: with the CD/DVD drive you are installing from if is not correct. Works like a charm!!!!

Right now I have already almost finished Arkham City and no problems so far.
I absolutely love this trilogy and I am amazed that I could get all the three games for such a cheap price.

HERE IS THE WORKAROUND TO INSTALL FROM DISC INSTEAD OF DOWNLOAD!!!,
Using Steam launch options to install retail games from disc
Log in to Steam and click on Library.
Right-click on the game, select Delete local content, and confirm.
Insert the first disc into your computer.
Close Steam (Steam > Exit).
Press Windows Key + R to open Run
In the Run window type:
“C:Program FilesSteamSteam.exe” -install E:
Replace E: with the CD/DVD drive you are installing from if is not correct.
Replace C:Program FilesSteam if your Steam installation is not in the default location.
Press OK. Steam will launch and ask you to sign in if you do not have your password saved. Your installation should continue from the disc.
Works like a charm!!!!
