Randomly reboots the PC while gaming, looks like a global MSI problem, By

Bought MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X several days ago, as a replacement for my old Radeon HD5870 worked like a charm for 5+ years.
The very first impression was GTX 1070 GX is really great: very quiet, very fast in synthetic tests, the power management is adequate etc. The impression lasted till I’ve launched StarCraft II and my PC has simply rebooted (with no BSoD, logs, diagnostics or something else) after 5 minutes of playing. Moreover the effect was stable and reproducible: unavoidable hard reboots in random places during 3D gaming. Forums didn’t help: a lot of customers complain on the same issues and a lot of "genious" experts advise to check PSUs first. I’m pretty sure my Thermaltake 750W is more than enough for GTX 1070 especially taking into consideration I had no problem with my previous 5870 and/or any other parts of the system. Also, no overheating found – the temperature of GPU never exceeded 70C, with critical threshold 83C. Playing around with different nVidia driver versions didn’t fix the issue as well… After a couple days of Internet digging I’ve found this: https://tech4gamers.com/msi-geforce-gtx-1070-quality-problem-in-china-100-rma-return-rate/ I’m going to return the card and ask for refund since the issue makes it completely unusable.

This card is freaking great!! I can run GTA 5 at ultra high settings with 60 percent more memory space, and at least 60 fps. THAT"S PRETTY GOOD FOR THIS CARD. And the price was just right for a developer card. Just 0.00. I am gonna do some serious benches, so if this card doesn’t reach my expectations I still have the option to return it!!

As expected my card is equipped with Micron memory chips (please see the screenshot).
I’m going to return the card and ask for refund since the issue makes it completely unusable.
