I have frame shop with a computerized Mat cutter that is 8 years old and the computer to run it died, to update the software it would cost between 00 and ,000 dollars and who new if it would take the new program. So I tried the refurbished XP and they were great, first the Serial port didn’t work and they right away sent me a new one and when I had trouble with the soft ware I gave them the access and they took care of getting it working. Chris tried really hard to get the soft ware for the Mat Cutter to work but couldn’t update that program because it has so old but he really tried!
I did go to the rep for the Mat cutter and he was great and updated the program and now I am back in business cutting mats for my frame shop!
