Not impressed at all. Left the factory with the wrong bios settings. Lenovo tech support is terrible. They have got to be the worst I have ever contacted. Very poor English. Didn’t know their product hardly at all. They didn’t know how to fix the problem. With them reading from their support screens. They recommended me to call Microsoft to get an activation code. Microsoft was kind enough to help with the problem. Hate pre-installed systems. If I could give them a zero star I would. Setting up this system for a customer. Never (Lenovo) again.

The first one these I received did not work. It froze sporadically until it eventually complete froze while I tried to do a pc reset for the third time. I returned it to amazon and had a replacement PC in one business day! The second one I got works great, runs total war warhammer great and has no issues. It’s a good value for the money and amazon will handle issues quickly, but the defective one I got at first was troubling.

UPDATE: After first Windows 10 update, the errors and blue screen of death returned. Done wasting time on this. Second one is going back just like the first one. Something is WRONG with this setup. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The first one worked great for about 20 minutes, then put up a black screen and could never be brought back to life. 30 minutes on hold and 15 on the phone with Lenovo and they determined it was hardware failure of some sort. Sent it back; replacement was quick (thank you, Amazon). This time it worked for two hours before it suddenly lost connection with my WIFI and starting freezing up. Multiple blue screens of death and hardware errors while trying to get it back to life. Took an entire system reset (Windows 10 provides for this) and 3-4 hours of professional IT time to get it working properly. Been using it a couple days since he worked on it, and so far, so good. As best we can tell, the problems have to do with the drivers this machine ships with–as if they are not tested at all. The GPU driver updates itself right away (I think this is what debilitated the first unit) to something that causes problems. We had to quickly "roll back" to previous GPU driver and tell Windows 10 NOT to do automate driver updates with system updates.. WIFI problems were solved by replacing the driver on the network adapter with one from Lenovo’s site–replacing the one it came with. If I didn’t have a professional IT specialist at my side, this purchase would have been a lost cause, even on the second go round.
