Just received these headphones today as a backup for my Turtle Beach Ear Force Z11. I have had the Turtle Beach for 3 years and have been very happy with them, but the cord is starting to pull apart from the volume control. Part of the reason I bought these was because the cord is braided, so hope to avoid that problem. Anyways, I am going to use the Turtle Beach as my baseline, but will take into account the price difference ($40 for the TB, $16 for these) between the 2. Here we go:
-Sound quality is pretty darn good for this price point.
-Cord is braided, seems to be very good quality, and is nice and long
-Mic: Jumped onto Teamspeak and spoke with a couple of buddies real quick and they could hear me fine. So far so good.
    -Price. Excellent
-Volume Control – This is one that gets me sometimes, if I am in a game and need to adjust volume real quick, but smaller ones can be a little tougher to find without looking away from the screen. Not a problem with these headphones. The volume control piece is BIG, but not overly so IMO
-Comfort – Not great, but definitely not bad. Wish the cushioning at the top was a little thicker. Ear pads are good.
-Fit: I have a big head (For all my brains!), so still figuring the best fit for me. The Turtle Beach adjusts without a problem for my big noggin (It’s like an orange on a toothpick!), these are a tiny bit snug. For 99.9% of the people out there, this will not be an issue.

My initial impression is quite good, no regrets buying them. I will update in a month or so if anything changes. I was not compensated in any way for providing my unbiased opinion on these headphones, though if the manufacturer would like to compensate me in some way, shape or form, I am easily bought.

This Gaming Headset is superb for the pricing. Of course it has its pros and cons and we’ll discuss them you don’t have to read this paragraph, but instead read the bullet points. The appearance of the headphones makes them look like $40 or $60 headsets. It feels very fragile and seems to made out of a cheap plastic. The headband is comfortable and plus. The ear-pads are satisfactory. It isn’t too good or bad. When I wear these headphones. It doesn’t suffocate my ears. But if you wear glasses, you can feel a discomfort. I can wear these for long periods of time, but I have this displeasure at my ears. These headphones are really light on your head . I mean really light. The mic quality is decent, its basically like a $60 mic. The one thing i hate about the mic is that you can’t bend it. With the wires, I don’t really like how the wire is light blue and black. It seems like a child had made the wires. The analog’s design looks weird, but that doesn’t matter. The sound quality is excellent for $15 headphones. But there is one thing I really hate. Sometimes I hear a radio show in the headphones, but that could be my problem. Overall this headset is the best bang for your buck.
-Appearance is pleasing to the eyes
-Probably made out of cheap plastic
-Seems to be frail and fragile
    -Headbands are comfortable
-Ear pads are satisfactory but with glasses its a nuisance.
    -Headset feels light on head
    -Mic quality excellent
    -Mic can’t bend
-Might have radio shows playing (probably)
