Speed storage and portability are what attracted me to this tool. We have a Lenovo AIO desktop which has been working flawlessly so keeping a laptop in the hardware family seemed to be the way to go. The price point didn’t hurt either. I had a few stumbles at first with getting the machine to update everything and came very close to returning it. However, with some hard-headed perseverance I prevailed and now there are some minor UI issues. The shift key on the right side of the keyboard is not in a comfortable place. Nor is it in a standard place compared to other keyboards. Really Lenovo, you couldn’t have moved the arrow cluster over one space to make this keyboard comfortable and user-friendly? The zoom feature at times has a mind of its own and will activate. This appears to be an issue with the touchpad and moving my hand over it.
Overall, with my three weeks of using the machine, I’m happy with my purchase.

So far this laptop exceeds all my expectations! It came with 12gb RAM instead of the advertised 8gb, winning! Screen is very nice with acceptable resolution (not a snob). Boots in under 20 seconds. Could use an external hard drive or SD card for additional storage, as windows 10 install is huge! Build feels solid. Only complaint is the small shift key on the right hand side and charger body does not have an outlet side dongle. Core i7, 256gb SSD, 12gb DDR4 for under 0 is an outright steal!

the laptop is great, i love the speed. some people will make you afraid of it because of the small shift or because of the big monitor size, but in case you want anew laptop buy this one, am using it for my home and work and its very good, my only problem is the battery as am using the laptop all the day and i have to charge it 2 times aday. ok 2 times isnt too much considering the am using it more then 12 hours daily, but Lenovo can make it better by increasing the battery life.
if you need advise, buy this one, or better buy the one with 12 GB RAM, its unbelievable. the speed, the power, the quick response to your hand. when you searching for a home and work laptop, Lenovo the best. |
