Item arrived on time and well packaged. It even came with a rad little carry bag, which is helpful because I am often on the move at a coffee shop or out in the wild! The box was so nice I even kept it for safe keeping in my VW campervan! Things get rough on the road.
COMFORT – When these first touched my ears it was as if a cloud was resting around my face – no joke, they are super comfortable. At this price I wasn’t expecting greatness here but they are twice as comfortable as My Kraken headphones, which I paid twice as much for!!
SOUND QUALITY – As mentioned, I am a gamer and studio engineer. I have experience with professional studio quality headphones, such as shure, etc.
– My first test was on music, so I put on something I’m familiar with that I edited, therefore I have a substantial benchmark for the sound. The bass impressed me on these little bad boys; the crispness of low end bass surprised me. Great sound and incredible sound cancelling. The moment you put them on you hear complete silence and when listening, there is no room for distraction. I’ll be using these for music editing while on the road full time. I’m 17 months deep and not sure why I didn’t get them sooner.
– My second experience was gaming. This purchase came with adapters that allow you to connect both audio and microphone, which is a must in the gaming world. The sound was great as mentioned before. Since they have great sound cancellation, you can truly hear the stereo aspect of the game or music. For example, if you’re playing Battlefield and someone throws a grenade to you left side, you actually hear it very well on the left since the sound is quality.
I will be updating my review as time passes and I get more experience with them.
