This review is for this exact item here ~ Cable Matters 2-Pack Heavy-Duty Laptop Power Cord in 6 Feet (NEMA 5-15P to IEC C5) I purchased a new laptop recently and once I set it up I immediately noticed that the power supply cord that came with my new laptop was significantly shorter than the cord that I had on my old laptop. The old laptop cord was not compatible with my new laptop so I went hunting on Amazon to find a longer replacement cord. I am pleased that I found this two pack set of replacement cords. These cords are truly heavy duty as advertised and they are long enough for my purposes. I am very pleased with these cords and I highly recommend them if you need a longer power cord or if you need a replacement power cord for your laptop. Just make sure that your laptop accepts this configuration so that it will work with your brand of laptop. For my new HP laptop I needed and purchased the six foot cloverleaf AC laptop power cord. As a mobile DJ service we plug and unplug our equipment on a daily basis. The OEM cables are usually showing visible wear and often fail much too quickly in our opinion. These heavy gauge cables have quality molded connectors and hold up well to daily use, while still providing the flexibility to coil & uncoil repeatedly without tangling. The 15′ length allows us to run cables while minimizing the use of extension cords, which helps to speed set-up & tear-down times, which our customers appreciate.
