I’ve owned this card now for about six months, and it is a verifiable high-efficiency and cost-effective BEAST. The bang for the buck is fantastic. Whisper quiet (I’ve actually NEVER heard the card running over other ambient sounds, even without headphones), and runs very cool. I’m planning to buy another one for SLI, not because I need one, but just because I want one. I’d certainly recommend buying this card over more expensive cards, since the performance is very competitive and the cost is extremely reasonable for what is delivered. Buying from ASUS is a bonus. I’ve used ASUS products for years and received great customer service and I’ve never had a piece of hardware fail due to manufacturing defects or any other problems related to the company. As a matter of fact, I’m still using an ASUS laptop I purchased in 2010 (runs flawlessly….watching a movie on it right now), and my main box at home is using an ASUS motherboard that I purchased in 2009 and it STILL runs flawlessly! 7 years old, and no problems AT ALL. If you’re looking for a graphics card and you don’t want to break the bank, this is your card.
