Rebate information incorrect! When item ordered 11/26/16 the page listed 2 available rebates of $15 and $20. Also showed item cost 41.34 and displayed cost after rebates $6.34. However each rebate is mutually exclusive -you can only submit one. Each rebate requires the original (only) UPC box label, and the required submission on-line will not accept the same serial# on the second rebate URL. Further each rebate mailing label is slightly different and the rebates require mailing.
Otherwise the product easily installed on Windows 10 PC, Other than physically installing the card, no other setup or adjustments required. It simply worked on my 32″ Visio TV without issue.
