My 5 year old son got this game for his birthday. He’s not reading so I’m glad the text captions are also repeated in the voiceover to help him understand what he’s supposed to do. In this day and age, I’m shocked when more games aren’t like this. If anything, they should be ADA compliant. So this is a plus.
He enjoys the game but if he has one trouble it’s the double jump where you need to press jump once, immediately press jump again and hold it in order to make the character jump over long distances. He can’t do that and needs my help. Fortunately, those events aren’t often. It was the same way with the Wii version which we rented from the library. and kicking bad guys butts,

Our little man loves going on Scooby-Doo adventures, and kicking bad guys butts. Good game, not very educational- but it is Scooby Doo, so what did we expect? Graphics are okay, nothing amazing, but still fun for a 6 year old!

I bought this game for a 4 and 5 year old girls that just got a DS Lite and are new to all of the games…With that being said this game was perfect for them because it is hard and somewhat easy for them…They are learning how to use their controls and make the characters move and it is easy for them to figure out to follow the scooby snacks to get to the big areas they need to be…My girls love scooby doo so this was perfect!!!
