This headset is amazing for the price point! The speakers fit over the ear and have generous, comfortable cushioning with no pinching. There is an inline volume control on the cord with a mic mute button and, speaking of the cord it is a very heavy duty woven design to prevent kinking. They sound amazing and provide a full spectrum of sound and even have great bass response. I have used them on multiple types of games and the sound is so realistic. From what other players have told me the microphone sounds clear without being distorted and the boom is adjustable and able to be swung completely out of the way when not in use. The lighting is really cool to add to the gaming effects without being too bright and distracting.

Edit: 7/18/16 after posting my initial review (below), I quickly heard back from Bengoo themselves. They have a better return policy than Amazon’s and are shipping out a replacement headset, free-of-charge, as I write this review. All of my statements praising the product still stand, and after receiving the product, I will return to this review with a long-term overview and may give it a 5 star rating if it works in the long-term.
I used this headset for hours a day almost every day for the past month. I loved this headset. Until it stopped working. I have had this headset for a month and 5 days. the microphone stopped working today. The headset sound quality is amazing, the microphone quality WAS amazing. That said, when an integral part such as the microphone stops working in just a little over a month, there is cause for serious anger. The worst part is that I can’t return the product because of Amazon’s one month policy, the mic quit 5 days after I could have returned it, and that is absolutely unacceptable for a product. In short, the headset was amazing UNTIL it stopped working within a month. If this seems like a fringe case to you, they fit great and the padding is extremely comfortable, as I said above, the quality of the mic and stereo is amazing, and they really do muffle sound very well. With all that said, I absolutely cannot trust that my case is fringe, and I am irate that I cannot get back the that I spent on what is now a pair of glorified headphones. the mic is great. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT. I play alot of different games. One being Planetside2. I had ZERO problems with this right out of the box. The headphones are clear and crisp. the mic is great. I had no problems hearing the game, my team and my team had no problems hearing me. The LED are a PERFECT match for my keyboard, my computer tower and my ambient LED desk lights. The headset has a easily reachable volume knob and a mic on/of switch. The boom mic can be fully retracted. The headset has ample padding on the head piece and the ears. The first day I put this on at 4PM and took the headset off around 2AM It was 100% comfortable the whole time. I have watched movies, videos and played music and for the price, it rocks. Also note the cord is braded and that is an added bonus as I find the standard cords that usually come with headsets are cheap and wear out quickly. Even the 0 Logitech headphones that I had the cord wore out. You are NOT going to have that problem with this headset. Also note the headset is flexible but sturdy. It is a awesome companion to my rig. Also look at the price. I was expecting something cheap but this is not the case with this product. "JUST BUY IT"
