This has some fun songs on it and my kids were having fun. And then they turned on Bad Romance – I hadn’t seen the video and didn’t realize that I needed to prescreen the songs for the family. (I do realize that this was stupid on my part… Lady Gaga? I really should have known better)

This game was unique from the other singing games I’ve seen. First, for most songs it plays the actual music video in the background while you sing. Second, they actually have a section for vocal lessons. Third, you can choose whether you want to sing lead or background (or if it was a duet, you could sing whichever part you wanted).
Yes, the pitch gauge is very sensitive, but I didn’t find it as bothersome as some of the other reviewers. I also didn’t have any trouble with the included mics.

We love this! My family and I love the variety in the song collections. Some favorites were surprises to all of us. Getting the 2nd microphone helps to ease any uneasiness a player may have, since 2 players can play as a team. I highly recommend this game.
