I struggled while deciding whether to buy this or not because, as usual, there were many very negative reviews about it. But I went ahead and got it anyway and I absolutely love it. Some negative reviews say not to get it because it doesn’t work when delivered. The power button plug was a knocked loose from the motherboard during shipping, and it took 10 minutes on a very efficient phone call with a very kind CS rep to fix it with ease. This computer has amazing specs for the price, so instead of being swayed by these completely unreasonable reviewers with impossible expectations, just be ready to get what you pay for. Yes the power supply could eventually be upgraded (), and possibly a couple more down the road. But keep in mind your getting a very powerful computer for 0 dollars. The fact it’s even possible to get a computer this powerful so cheap is insane, so don’t hesitate. It works amazing and handled my games and audio software effortlessly.

Purchased this computer for my son. Had a couple of issues initially. Keep in mind, I have very little (if any) technical skills or knowledge. When first set up, I could not get power. I called customer service and spoke to a very nice young lady who did some trouble shooting. Turns out one of the connections came loose during shipping. Things were great until my son tried to play two new games he received for Christmas. Turns out, the gaming computer I purchased him did not have a graphics card to play these higher level games. (Did I mention no technical knowledge?) Jesse in customer service was great! He emailed me a link of what I needed and told me to call back to be walked through installation. When I received it, I called but was on hold forever waiting for a rep. I emailed Jesse and he called me immediately! He walked me through each step of installing the graphics card, including emailing me pictures when I was having trouble understanding. So although I did have a couple of issues with the system, the customer service more than made up for it!
